Refund Policy

Returns and refunds 

No products shall be returned to us unless they are faulty.
Play-SC.com shall have no responsibility regarding compatibility issues and it is for the Customer to ensure that his/her computer, console is compatible with the software as ordered. 
Upon satisfactory return of the products to Play-SC.com, replacement products will be shipped to the Customer if we are satisfied that the products returned by the Customer are faulty after suitable tests and inspections by us. If replacement products are not available, a refund of product price only will be made to the Customer.
If Play-SC.com is not satisfied that the returned products are faulty, we will deliver the returned products to the Customer at the Customer’s own cost.
